Cullumber Engineering provided the structural design of a 3-story, 71,000 sqft self-storage building in Roseville CA. Light gauge steel studs were utilized for bearing and shear walls. Various wide-flange steel beams were used as well for structural support. A concrete pan-deck was used to support the storage loadings. The design of various stairwells and an elevator shaft was also included in the structural scope. Cullumber Engineering has conducted various site visits and provided construction support to aid in the construction of this large-scale project.
